Register on the LET Website
- Visit the LET main website: http://www.j-let.org
- Click on "Member Registration" at the top right of the homepage
- Follow the instructions to input the necessary information

Pay the Annual Fee
Payment should be made by Postal Transfer (Yuubin furikae)

Important Information
- By paying dues to the Kansai Chapter, you are automatically registered as a member of the national organization.
- After completing the registration on the LET main website, your data will be automatically sent to the chapter. No additional contact with the chapter office is necessary.
- Note for Students: Even if you are enrolled as a student, if you hold a full-time teaching position, please register as a Regular Member.
Chapter Transfer and Withdrawal
- If you wish to transfer to a different LET chapter or withdraw from LET, please contact the chapter office by email. We will provide confirmation and instructions on the procedure.
- Please refer to Articles 10 and 11 of the LET Constitution regarding withdrawal and expulsion:
- Article 10: Members wishing to withdraw must pay all dues and submit a withdrawal notice to their chapter office (for Regular Members, Student Members, and Group Members) or to the main office (for Supporting Members).
- Article 11: Members may be expelled for:
- Failure to pay dues for two years
- Actions contrary to LET's principles or that significantly damage LET's reputation
